Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Glitchfinder (and the related vertical sites Priceglitch, Travelglitch, and Hotelglitch — collectively, the “Service”), provided by Apache-3 Inc. (“we”, “us”). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be 18+ and have authority to enter contracts. Access is gated — we manually review applications and may approve, reject, or revoke access at our discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) resell or redistribute alerts, (b) use the Service to violate retailer terms of service, (c) circumvent rate limits, or (d) attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Service nature & disclaimers

Glitchfinder monitors public product pages and surfaces statistical anomalies. We do not guarantee that any alerted price will be honored by the merchant; price errors are often corrected within minutes and may be voided by the seller. The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds. Pricing is shown on /pricing.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, brand marks, and content we publish, is owned by Apache-3 Inc. Alerts you receive may include retailer trademarks; we don't claim those.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (per Privacy Policy).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to active users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in state or federal courts in Delaware.
